In March of 1999, a Bozeman company calling itself "Ag/Bio Co" sent a proposal to the Florida drug czar's office. The proposal outlines a plan to create and disperse a killer fungus called fusarium oxysporum designed to wipe out cannabis, opium, and coca plants. Montana NORML has obtained a copy of the proposal, and it is reproduced below. A few of photocopied pages we received had completely unidentifiable images on them; these were omitted here.
